“93 Days”, a movie centred on the true-life story of men and women who risked their lives and made sacrifices to save Nigerians from the consequences of the outbreak of the highly dreaded Ebola virus disease, has a release date

A compelling human story of dedication, sacrifice, resilience and survival, The movie which is directed by Steve Gukas, and produced  by Bolanle Austen-Peters, Dotun Olakunri and Steve Gukas, will debut in cinemas on September 16, 2016.

The movie demonstrates the bravery of the late Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh and her colleagues. From their encounter with the late American-Liberian, Patrick Sawyer, who was the index case of the Ebola Virus Disease, to ensuring that the right medical procedures were in place to stop the spread of the disease in the country.

The Toronto International Film Festival, on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, announced eight Nollywood movies which will screen as part of the City to City programme, including “93 Days” which will screen on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 9.30pm at the Isabel Bader Theatre in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
