Sane Leroy Manchester City winger says manager Pep Guardiola has made him “a more complete player” in his first season in England.
According to reports, Sane has contributed nine goals and three assists in 30 appearances for City this season, and his impressive performances have earned him a place on the six-man shortlist for PFA Young Player of the Year.
Moreover, the 21-year-old German professional footballer believes Guardiola deserves most of the credit for improving him since his arrival from Schalke for £37 million last summer.
In an interview he said “Guardiola has made me a more complete player. Sometimes I have to play in the middle, against some teams, although mostly I play wide.”
“He has made me look more at the details, to keep the ball better, to be more aggressive in my action when I get the ball.”
