Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon has sparked online reactions after stating that the world is designed to kill men. The actor made this statement on the microblogging platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Deyemi Okanlawon He noted that the world is designed to kill men and it is worth thinking through. He wrote: “The world is designed to kill men… take a minute to think this through.” Deyemi’s statement sparked mixed reactions amongst netizens as everyone seemed to be defending their gender. Deyemi’s Instagram post featured a video in which he mesmerized his wife with heartfelt vows, expressing his deep understanding of the significance of marriage.

Deyemi Okanlawon stirs reactions in ‘futuristic agbada’

Famous Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, causes a stir following his futuristic agbada outfit at a movie premiere in Lagos.

The actor made an appearance at the Domitilla Reboot premiere on Saturday,15th of March which was a futuristic-themed event. Deyemi stunned in his futuristic agbada outfit made from a plastic bag styled by the notable designer, Toyin Lawani. Sharing the video, Okanlawon penned a short story of a prophecy of his return in the year 2123 to save the Yoruba people. “A prophecy of old foretells that in the year 2123 a king will be crowned from the bloodline of the greatest tech warriors of the land. A direct descendent of Oduduwa, he will win every battle, defeat every enemy, rise to become a legend and will be known as the great Yoruba Angel. His name will be OKAN LA WON! 😎,” he wrote. Deyemi Okanlawon pens open letter to Hon-elect Thaddeus Attah

Famous Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon, pens an open letter to the Honorable-elect of Eti-Osa LGA in Lagos, Thaddeus Attah.

This comes following the loss of the actor turned politician, Banky W who lost the position to Attah during the February 25th elections. In an Instagram post, Deyemi congratulated the Honorable while emphasizing that he voted for Banky W and how he would’ve been the better man for the job.

I’ll like to use this opportunity to congratulate you, Mr. Thaddeus Attah @jt.atta of the Labour Party(LP), as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives. Before I go ahead with what I will like to say, I will like to fully disclose that I voted for Mr. Bankole Wellington of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as I honestly thought he would have been the best candidate for the job. I do have immense faith in our discernment as a people to elect the right candidate, however I am also quite worried about the role tribal sentiments, cyberbullying and herd mentality on all sides has played in our electoral process. That being said, I am a firm believer in democracy and I would want nothing more than for the people’s wish to prevail so once again I congratulate you Sir.

Mr Attah, same as with a lot of Lagosians, I only first heard of you when you were announced the winner a few days ago. Since that time I have made a significant effort to find out as much as possible about our newly elected federal HOR candidate. To my surprise, my quest for answers left me even more puzzled as to who you really are as well as what your qualifications, past precedents and plans are for the people of Eti-Osa. With little or no online presence, and for someone that overthrew both an incumbent and a public figure, I am yet to find any indications of your campaign manifesto. It would therefore be a great pleasure if you Sir will do me the honour of accepting an invitation to join me online for a live Instagram conversation this weekend to address concerns and respond to questions many others like myself may have. Renowned Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon has said that making love with one’s partner four times a week simply isn’t adequate.

The thespian made this known while speaking in an interview with popular media personality, Toke Makinwa. Toke Makinwa had lamented how her partner is constantly demanding to have sxx and had said that she considers sxx four times a week too much work. Deyemi, In his opinion, said that love making should be as regular as one eats and should take place anytime – morning, afternoon, night. Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon has slammed BBNaija alumni, Phyna and Bella for shading their colleagues who sleep with men for money.

Recall, there was a report about Phyna and Bella mocking their colleagues who sleep around to make a living. Their post called the attention of many, who silenced them for making such a “ridiculous” video. The ladies laid emphasis on the fact that making their own money feels really good. In a lovely note to his wife on their wedding anniversary, Deyemi Okanlawon appreciated her for loving his flaws.
While sharing a video of him as her hair stylist, Deyemi wrote;
“Dear Damilover,
Our journey has definitely been no fairy tale but it has been unique to us and so I thank you for 10 years of memories. some funny, some good, some beautiful, some not so beautiful, some sad, some bad.

I am nowhere near perfect, never pretended to be, and perhaps never likely to be yet you have loved me flaws and all! I’m thankful that I sometimes made you smile (contrary to your opinion I know say I funny die). and I apologise for every time I hurt you and made you cry (this is especially horrid cos I know how strong you are).
