Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has appealed to her colleagues and crew members in the movie industry to stop taking advantage of young girls who aspire to achieve fame. While on a movie set, the billionaire’s wife was surprised to find a 14-year-old girl working as a makeup artist for a young man instead of being in school.

After questioning the girl, Regina discovered that she had left her parents’ home at the age of 13 to pursue her dreams and had worked with various celebrities and crew members. Regina was taken aback to learn that the girl would follow anyone who allowed her to their hotel rooms, man or woman, although she usually turns down advances from men. The mother of two urged those with similar experiences to be vigilant for girls like the 14-year-old. Regina revealed that she took the girl to a boarding school and was surprised to see how well she performed during her entrance exam. “DISCLAIMER!!! This goes to the CELEBRITIES AND MOVIE PRODUCERS. The senior pastor of FWC, Sarah Omakwu during a church service in her church stated that Bola Tinubu is not their president but th president-elect of the APC and INEC only; an indication that Tinubu has been rejected by the FWC. Residents of Lagos State are allegedly being offered bribes by the All Progressives Congress, APC, to vote for Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the upcoming gubernatorial and house of assembly elections on March 11.

According to a report by the Foundation for Investigative Journalism (FIJ), two party agents were involved in this activity in Bariga and Shomolu on Sunday, offering amounts of N1500 and N2000. One individual, who received N2000, stated that he did not vote for APC during the presidential election and may choose not to vote for them in the upcoming governorship poll. “I never voted for the APC in the presidential election. That I was given N2,000 doesn’t mean I would vote for the party on Saturday. Everything is just runs,” he said. Also, a 58-year-old woman, who benefited from the N1,500 APC bribe, confirmed the fund transfer on her mobile phone. “The APC just credited me with N1,500. I voted for them at the presidential and I’ll likely do the same at the gubernatorial this coming Saturday,” she said.

Despite the difficulty she faced during natural delivery, she persisted because she believed that a caesarean section (CS) was beyond their financial means. However, she was stunned to learn that her now ex-husband purchased a piece of land a week after the birth of their child. In her words; “I remember when I was giving birth struggling for my life and unable to push the baby out in a dilapidated health center cos I couldn’t afford a good Hospital & my supposedly father of the child was watching me fight for my life while he has a lot of money in his acct & bag then And poor me was praying while on hospital bed for more strength, cos I was almost gone and I thought we couldn’t afford CS , alas baby came out with lots of tears and placenta rupture, the next week the Oga got a Landed property🫱🏾‍🫲🏼 Selfishness at its peak 🤮.”

This incident reportedly took place in the Ezi-Ogwugwu, Otolo Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State. According to Obiora, he committed the act as a result of domestic violence. He admitted to the crime to his in-laws, who are struggling to come to terms with the tragic event. In his words; “I returned home in the morning of March 2, 2023, and was knocking at the gate, but my wife did not open immediately. “In that anger, I started shouting at her. I first slapped and hit her from the gate to the house before angrily grabbing her on the neck and strangling her to death. “I couldn’t believe what happened because I never expected that such actions would lead to her death. “I eventually abandoned the corpse and left out of fear and confusion, after confiding in few persons who I sought advice on what to do. “It was later in the evening that my mother reached out to my wife’s family members.” According to a source close to the family, the couple, who got married in August of last year, were anticipating the arrival of their first child before the unfortunate incident occurred. The source revealed that the couple had been experiencing intermittent episodes of domestic violence and familial challenges, which the wife’s family was unaware of. Nathaniel Uzuegbunam’s family from Obiuno community in Otolo Nnewi expressed confusion over why the perpetrator was not present during the entire ordeal and why the mother had to be the one to deliver the tragic news. “At about 7pm on Thursday, March 2, 2023, the deceased family received a call from the husband’s mother, informing them that their daughter had just slumped and appeared to be dead. “As soon as they made their way to their in-law’s residence at Ezi-Ogwugwu, they were informed that their daughter had been rushed to the Nnewi Diocesan Hospital at Akwudo. “At the hospital, the doctor on duty informed them that their daughter was dead after examining her body,” the source stated. When contacted, Police spokesperson Tochukwu Ikenga was unable to verify the incident, but a senior police officer at the Command stated that the suspect would face charges once the investigations were completed.
