It’s the loudest – Arteta reacts to Arsenal’s comeback against Bournemouth

Mikel Arteta has said that Arsenal’s late comeback against Bournemouth on Saturday, March 4, was the “most emotional and loudest” moment he has shared with his team. Arsenal conceded just nine seconds into the game and were pushed further behind following another goal from Bournemouth in the early minutes of the second half. The Gunners however came from two goals down to win 3-2 in dramatic fashion thanks to a 97th minute goal from Reiss Nelson. The win restored Arsenal’s five-point lead at the top of the Premier League. Arteta who spoke to reporters after the match said; “It’s probably the loudest and the most emotional moment that we have lived together. The journey that we’ve been on together and how the supporters and the players are gliding together. Adding into that moment, it’s really special. “Winning four games in the Premier League is very difficult and we have done three in a week, which is even harder. We have done it in various ways and that should generate more belief. Today a lot of things went against the team.”

The night, however, took an interesting turn, after one of the Big Brother Titans’ housemates, Blue Aiva showed up in a black micro mini pleated skirt. Blue paired her skirt with a sheer black top and heels.

Her fit sent a shock down the spine of social media users, as many could not believe their eyes. Dorathy, clearly in shock as well took to Twitter to share her piece. According to her, singer, Ayra Starr’s mini skirts are still learning from Blue Aiva’s.

2023 elections went well — NBA applauds INEC

Yakubu Maikyau, president of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), praises the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for their excellent performance in conducting the recently concluded presidential and national assembly elections.

During an interview on Channels TV on Saturday, Maikyau stated that INEC performed commendably in delivering the elections despite facing several challenges. “I will say that the elections went well. Those who came out were happy to express their franchise,” Maikyau said. He continued, “there were challenges, definitely. There were some infractions, some of them actually constituted electoral offences but on the whole, I will score INEC as having performed maybe about 78, 80 percent in the delivery of these elections. That will be an A for every exam. Notwithstanding, all the things that happened which we are not ignoring. That is why we are admonishing and advising INEC and recommending to INEC that in those areas where we saw lapses in the election held on the 25th February 2023, deliberate efforts must be taken to make sure that those lapses did not occur again in the elections that are coming up on the 11th March because when these lapses happened, it impacted on the confidence of the public in the process,” he said.

After the party, Khosi complained to her love interest, Yemi about Olivia’s willingness to always borrow others her wigs. She states that the same people she borrows are those who would gladly put her up for eviction, when the time comes. It has also been said it that past that Blue Aiva’s ‘sismance’ with Olivia is just so she can always borrow wigs from her.

Whitemoney splashes millions of naira on Maybach

The famous reality star turned singer, Chief Hazel Oyeze Onoduenyi alias Whitemoney, acquires a new car, a Mercedes Maybach worth millions of naira.

This comes days after the Big Brother Naija Season 6 winner flaunted wads of dollar bills on his social media page. Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to show off the new car in his garage, Whitemoney flaunted photos of the whip. “New whip alert 🚨 otamiemie standard 🤍,” he wrote in a post which garnered thousands of reactions.

A father of three takes it upon himself to teach his daughters menstrual hygiene while also educating his son about respecting women.

Video making the rounds on social media captured the moment a father educated his children on the basics of life. The young man emphasized to his son on the different phases a man goes through in his life and why he should always respect women. He pressed on to educate his daughters on puberty stage, and the changes in their body which would attract attention from their male counterparts. The father of three demonstrated how to use a menstrual pad to his daughters to ensure an all-day hygiene when on their periods. Late General Sani Abacha’s son, Abdullahi is dead

Abdullahi Sani Abacha, the son of the late Military Head of State of Nigeria, General Sani Abacha, is dead.

It is reported that he died early on Saturday morning in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria. The older sister of the deceased, Gumsu Sani Abacha, announced the news of Abdullahi’s demise on her social media accounts on Saturday afternoon. Gumsu, who is married to Yobe State governor, Mai Mala Buni, mentioned that her brother passed away in his sleep but did not provide any further information regarding the cause of death. Abdullahi’s father, the late General Sani Abacha, was the Head of State of Nigeria from November 1993 to June 1998. Peter Obi fulfills pledge to assist lady who couldn’t afford N75K to buy oven for her business

Popular politician and presidential candidate, Peter Obi has redeemed a pledge he made to a young lady who couldn’t afford to buy an oven for her baking business.

It would be recalled that during a press conference following the declaration of his political opponent, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president-elect, Peter Obi had narrated his encounter with the young entrepreneur. He had revealed that the entrepreneur, Ms. Gimba Sophia Emmanuel, who graduated in 2018 had told him that she had been unable to purchase an oven for her business. While recounting his chat with the lady, he had been moved to tears as he wondered how badly the state of Nigeria has become that a graduate couldn’t afford to get herself an oven for her business.

Days following this, the presidential candidate, who has taken the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the ruling party APC to court, has offered the Nigerian lady a financial assistance. He shared a photo of him and the young lady standing with a check of undisclosed amount held out for the camera. Mr Peter Obi wrote: “Today, I fulfilled my pledge to assist Ms Gimba Sophia Emmanuel in her aspiration to acquire an oven and start her baking and confectionery business. Interestingly, she had indicated that she would procure a Nigerian made oven, thus enhancing the value chain and putting into effect the production to consumption mantra. #PeterObi 🇳🇬”

Senator Grace Bent urges former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and his Labour Party counterpart, Mr Peter Obi to accept the results of the presidential election held on February 25th with grace and dignity.

Kemi olunloyo makes shocking allegations against Tonto Dikeh, Hushpuppi named

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has made some shocking allegations against veteran movie star and politician, Tonto Dikeh.

Following what has been a prolonged sporadic beef between Tonto Dikeh and her ex-husband, Churchill Olakunle, about their son, King Andre, the journalist revealed that she had carried out her personal investigation on the matter. She said that Tonto Dikeh had denied her ex-hubby visitations since 2019 despite the court order.

Kemi claimed that Tonto got custody if their child because she had passed a drug test after her urine was test – shockingly, Kemi claimed that the urine wasn’t hers but that of nanny. Alleging further, the self-styled investigative journalist revealed that Tonto spent a night with the imprisoned fraudster, Hushpuppi, while at the same time seeing a certain Afeez.

The affair, Kemi claims, led to her pregnancy and she was advised to terminate the pregnancy as she didn’t know who the father was.
