In the video clip she shared, Cindy hugged her brother lovingly as he reciprocated with a kiss on her cheeks. Video shows Adedoyin’s reaction after he was sentenced to death
The Osun State High Court recently sentenced popular owner of Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife, Dr. Ramon Adedoyin, to death by hanging for the murder of Timothy Adegoke. Timothy Adegoke, who was a former postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife, was murdered inside his hotel room at Hilton Hotels in November 2021. The Hilton Hotel owner and six of his workers were arrested and arraigned in connection with the murder. Chief judge of Osun State, Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo presided over the court, and found Adedoyin and two of his staff, Adeniyi Aderogba and Kazeem Oyetunde, guilty of six out of the 18 charges against them. While delivering her judgement on the case, Ojo said that the circumstantial evidence available to the court, pointed to the killing of Adegoke while being a guest at the hotel owned by Adedoyin. However, Justice Ojo discharged and acquitted three of the staff, Magdalene Chiefuna, Lawrence Oluwole and Adedeji Adesola. A woman has tearfully regretted giving her biological son a car which he, unfortunately, used to kill himself.
The woman said her son had crashed his first car but because she wanted him to be happy, she gave him hers to drive.
The young boy sadly took his life with the car and she regretted handing it over to him. She went ahead to show what was left of her son’s car.
In her words:
“My son crashed his first car and I wanted him to be happy so I gave him my car and I wish I never gave him my car cause he used this car to take his life”.
