AFCON selects artistes across Africa to perform at the opening ceremony of the Tournament.
As we all know, AFCON game is a tournament every African look forward to watching asides the popular FIFA world cup.
The last tournament featured several countries like Cameroon, Gabon, Tunisia, Guinea Bissau amongst others and at the opening ceremony, Akon sang beauifully well to cheer the event.
This year AFCON promises to be very entertaining as Flavour of Nigeria and the Tanzanian Diamond Platnumz will headline performances for the evening in Gabon.
It can also be recalled that both artistes thrilled fans with their brilliant performance at the just concluded CAF Awards in Abuja; now they are set to electrify the opening ceremony 2017.
The tournament will be kicking off on Saturday, 14 January, 2017, in Libreville, Gabon
