I Don’t Think Nigerian Awards Are Credible – General Pype

Dancehall act and CEO of Obalende Records, General Pype has made it know in a recent interview with Nigezie that he does not believe Nigerian Awards are credible as the Champion singer is yet to receive an award himself.

He said when asked about his take on awards in Nigeria “In Nigeria, i can not talk about other parts of Africa but in Nigeria, Awards are just there, I dont think they give award based on merit, it is just a mediocre process.
