Rubbin Minds host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the perfect host for Big Brother Naija, will take the stage on Sunday, January 22, 2017.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was selected as the host for the most anticipated TV showEBUKA of the year, Big Brother Naija, because he has been an influential voice for young people across issues from pop culture to politics over the past few years.
The TV personality, who has successfully hosted various shows over the years: The first ever presidential debate focused on youth issues, which was broadcast live across Nigeria. His charismatic nature would go a long way in the show, because the reality TV series involves eviction and some emotional moments, which needs a certain kind of charm that inspires devotion.

Ebuka, who was a former housemate for the show, is very familiar with the trappings and intrigues of the show, and have the perfect words for evicted housemates at the end of every eviction.
The reality series will run for 78 days kicking off on January 22, 2017, with a two-hour live, televised launch and end on April 9, 2017, with a two-hour live, televised finale.
There will be a total of 12 housemates, but unlike its counterpart Big Brother Africa, Big Brother Naija will have no shower hour.
The winner of Big Brother Naija will win the prize money of 25 million Naira and a brand new KIA Sorento car.
