A young man identified as Kelvin Haruna reportedly regains freedom from prison following his arrest during the EndSars protest.

It would be recalled that the EndSARs protest took place across the country on October 20, 2020, which trailed controversies of lives lost while some protesters were arrested. A video making the rounds on social media captured the narration of a man who claimed he alongside 11 others was recently released from Kikiri Prison. Haruna alleged that he was abandoned without being tried until a few days before the gubernatorial election.

Haruna was released on the 15th of March, 2023, and his narration has since stirred mixed reactions across social media space.
