Wizkid who was born and raised in Surulere has portrayed the area in a good light as a place for hustle and lagos bustle which is evident in his ‘Ojuelegba’ song. He decided to visit the ‘Lungu’ again as he always called the area he grew up and this brought about so much attention.

Wizkid was received with cheers from the old and young in the hood who found it awesome to be close to their neighborhood’s biggest musical export.
He said he has never been shy of his childhood and upbringing which prompted him to sing songs about his humble beginning.
