How Nigerian aviation minister, Hadi Sirika displays rented aircraft as ‘Nigeria Air’ — David Hundeyin

Freeze-framing the video reveals that the aircraft clearly belongs to Ethiopian Airlines, as confirmed by its registration number.

Interestingly, the same aircraft had previously been briefly painted in the livery of Malawian Airlines, in which Ethiopian Airlines holds a 49% stake.

This revelation exposes the extent of the alleged fraud committed by Sirika, who has been accused of misleading the public by presenting a rented aircraft as part of the “Nigeria Air” project, which aims to establish a national carrier for the country.

The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi has eulogized the CEO of Air Peace, Allen Onyema for offering to evacuate stranded Nigerians in Sudan with his planes. The business mogul, in a statement on Monday offered to send out his planes to bring home the Nigerians if they can be moved to a safe airport in any of the North-East countries.

Appreciating his kind offer, Peter Obi lauded his ‘gracious altruism’ in helping the distressed persons. He further said that such acts of generosity towards his fellow countrymen and women echos the need for the unity of Nigerians.

“My warmest felicitations and appreciation to the Chairman of AirPeace, Mr Allen Onyema @Ifeallenonyema, for his gracious act of altruism in helping with plans to airlift distressed and stranded Nigerians from war-torn Sudan. Nigerian airline, Ibom Air clarifies the reason an anti-Tinubu passenger was booted out of its Abuja-Lagos flight on Friday.

The passenger, who identified himself as a member of the Obidient political movement, made remarks about the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He further accused other passengers of not doing enough to prevent the inauguration of the President-elect. The airline stated that the anti-Tinubu passenger’s behaviour was unsafe to other passengers, hence, swift action from its security team, along with Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) personnel.

Providing an insight into the incident, Ibom Air in a statement by Group Manager, Marketing and Communication, Aniekan Essienette, said the team had to forcefully boot him out. She said, “We wish to inform the public about an incident on our 6 pm flight from Abuja to Lagos on Friday, 31 March 2023. “A passenger stood up and began addressing other passengers in a manner considered inappropriate and unruly, as he was making other passengers nervous. “Our crew deemed his continuous unruly behavior unsafe and called on airport security to help with the situation. Upon his refusal to stop or disembark peacefully, the security operatives were left with no choice but to forcefully disembark the passenger as a last option. “We are aware that several videos and reports of this incident are circulating on social media and wish to provide the right perspective. “Ibom Air wishes to assure our passengers that we maintain very high safety and service standards and will never compromise the safety and security of our passengers. “We apologize to the affected passengers for the time it took to disembark this passenger, which caused an otherwise on-time departure to be delayed by an hour.”

A video of airplane officials walking a woman out of Airpeace airline forever her rudeness to one of the air hostesses is currently trending.

A look at the video sees officials approaching the said lady, who had previously been unruly towards one of their air hostesses. Some resistance is noticed, as the woman initially refuses to oblige. The officials insist on escorting the woman off the airplane. Some comments could be clearly heard from other passengers on the plane, groaning at the obvious delay in their flight. One, clearly irritated, slammed the woman for being resistant, while he insisted that he gets thrown out of the plane. Other passages could be heard laughing in the background. A Nigerian Air Force jet reportedly crash-landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMA), Lagos on Monday 6th, February 2023. The Air Force jet reportedly crash-landed following an electronic/mechanical issue that affected the landing gear. The pilot was said to have saved all occupants of the aircraft by landing in a bush nearby, a Sahara Reporters source revealed. “Airforce jet crash-lands in Lagos airport at Runway 18R. It happened at an area called at “18 right” right at the Lagos airport “It had a landing gear problem, meaning the tires refused to come out for landing. The pilot landed the aircraft on the bush, a smart move. Six people were on board; they are all safe,” the source stated.

However, she was brought up in a way that respecting men is of great value. She said: “I’m not a feminist, being a feminist means different things to different people, I love to protect women’s rights and I feel the need for equality. “But I’m also very structured and I am raised in a certain way, I am raised to respect men, I am raised to value men. Popular Nollywood actor, John “Mr Ibu” Okafor breaks silence after his second wife, Stella Okafor claimed he’s having an affair with his ‘daughter’ Jasmine.

Stella Okafor had claimed that the actor’s daughter Jasmine isn’t his biological daughter but his girlfriend and accused him of assault. While Jasmine has already reacted to these claims, Mr Ibu and his first son, Daniel Okafor cleared the air while speaking in an Instagram live interview with media personality, Daddy Freeze.

She revealed that he and his wife had been having issues and had gone to the police to resolve their differences and had been asked not to publicize anything till the matter had been settled at the police. He said he had no idea that she had already gone online to insult him and she had also began insulting his daughter. He noted that Jasmine is his daughter and not his girlfriend as claimed by his second wife.

His son, Daniel Okafor, who answered the question surrounding Jasmine’s identity said that she’s his adopted daughter and she had been adopted as a child. Daniel noted that when the actor had fallen ill, it had been Jasmine taking care of him while his wife was in Cyprus. Nigerian artiste, Habib Okikiola a.k.a Portable, has dispelled the controversy surrounding a video where he announced that he founded two notorious gangs in Lagos.
In the video, he was quoted as saying: “Open your ears and be listening.
“Have you heard of Ajah boys, one million boys? I established them.”

Following massive backlash, the singer in a new video noted that he was misunderstood and that he meant he has over one million fans not a cult group/terrorists.
In his words: “I was seated on my own when trouble came for me. When I said one million boys, I meant fans not terrorists. Just the same way pastors have followers. I have followers; I am not a thief. I have people, don’t even try to come for me.”
