This has been confirmed to me this morning by the Metropolitan Police. “Prayers are with those students and their families. We wish them a speedy recovery. “We ask any students who are distressed due to this situation to speak to their tutor in the first instance or for Year 11 students in particular, to contact school directly via their Head of Year.” A spokesman for London Ambulance Service confirmed to the Mirror UK that some of those involved in the crash were teenagers. He added: “We were called at 7.23pm on Tuesday 11 July to reports of a road traffic collision in Royal Docks Road, Beckton. “We sent a large number of resources to the scene including six ambulance crews, two paramedics in fast response cars, two incident response officers and members of our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART). “We also sent a Command Support Team to the scene and dispatched London’s Air Ambulance. “We treated six patients at the scene.
