According to reports, the South African lady booked the trip and on getting to the drop point offered no means of payment to the cab driver. The man, however, rejected the advances and insisted on cutting her braids as a form of punishment for wasting his time, effort, and not having money to pay. In the video, the slay queen could be seen and heard struggling to stay still while her braids were trimmed off with blunt scissors. “She ordered an uber while she didnt have money to pay. However, when a driver who was available saw the destination, he promptly declined the request, citing fear of the neighborhood as the reason. The driver, who remained unidentified, conveyed his concerns to Andy via the messaging app, expressing his hesitation to drive to the specified location. He politely requested Andy to order another ride, explaining that he was afraid of that particular area. The lady was left in stunned disbelief after booking a Bolt ride in Uyo only for a tricycle to show up to pick her.
Recounting the experience, the lady explained that she had ordered a Bolt ride and was summoned outside when the supposed bolt ride arrived. It was a tricycle (Keke Napep) that arrived to pick her up, much to her astonishment.
She expressed her astonishment when the tricycle arrived with a tone imbued with disbelief.

Entering the Keke Napep, the lady could be heard saying:
“Una own beta for here o, where dem dey use bolt book keke”
