Peter Obi’s Labour Party condemns Big Brother Naija Titans, gives reasons

One of the political parties, Labour Party has condemned the reality show ‘Big Brother Naija Titans” as they warn youths ahead of the show. Big Brother Naija Titans show was fully launched last year in October. The organizers of the Big Brother Africa reality show opened auditions for Nigerians and South Africans combined in the first season. The first show is scheduled to show on Sunday, January 15. During a press briefing at Enugu, the chief spokesperson of the Labour Party presidential campaign committee, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, disclosed that the main purpose of the show is to distract the youth of the country not to cast their votes. While speaking more about the reality show, Dr. Tanko claimed that the show was being sponsored by an opposition party. He said; “We have credible information that it’s being sponsored by one of the major opposition parties to distract the Nigerian youths from changing the leadership that has placed them in perilous times laced with abject poverty.” “As a party, we are not against reality shows because it helps the Nigerian youths to break the poverty line but for now, for the common good of all it should be shifted to another convenient date,” Tanko added.

The brother of record label boss, Naira Marley, Shuddy Funds, has opened up on his relationship with his sister Shubomi.

Recall that a few days ago, the boyfriend of Shubomi, Zinoleesky in a recent interview disclosed that he broke up with the sister of his boss, Naira Marley. Before Zinoleesky made the disclosure, the two former lovers had unfollowed each other on social media. Zinoleesky said; “Right now, I’m single. I’m just trying to live life right now. It’s not about Naira. It’s between me and the person involved. First of all, I don’t like girls that know too many people.” Shuddy Funds has taken to his Instagram story to say that he doesn’t have a sister. Perhaps some social media users have been tagging him in the breakup stories of Shubomi, hence his disclaimer. According to him, his mother did not give birth to a girl.

Twitter user narrates how he got denied visa to see his brother

A Nigerian Twitter user, @optamasting has recounted the hilarious event that led to him being denied a visa application.

A random user on Twitter had asked if anyone has been denied Visa at the embassy before. He wrote:
“Have you been denied Visa before at the embassy? At what point did you know you were going to be denied?”
Having experienced such, @optamasting replied to his tweet, relating his encounter. According to him, he applied for a visa to visit his brother.
When he was asked for his reason for visiting by the officer in charge, he stated that his brother’s wife had just given, so he wants to go and help.
The interviewer asked him why he failed to state that he was a midwife.
Narrating his experience, he said:
“I applied for B1 visa to go spend my break time with my bro. When the visa officer asked me why I was going to visit, I told him my bro’s wife just gave birth so I want to go and help his wife He said “but you never stated being a midwife here.” I replied “I’m sorry.”

Kylian Mbappe’s 15-year-old brother Ethan makes senior Paris Saint-Germain debut

Kylian Mbappe’s brother Ethan on Friday, December 16, made his senior debut for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) during a mid-season friendly against Paris FC.

15-year-old Ethan made his debut at half-time of the match which PSG won 2-1. Some of PSG’s stars like Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Marquinhos were missing during the match as they’ve been on World Cup duties for their respective countries.

Sergio Ramos and Marco Veratti were the veterans in starting eleven. Hugo Ekitike, Renato Sanches, and Sergio Rico were also handed a start in the match.

Nordi Mukiele gave PSG the first goal in the 16th minute with a terrific solo goal. Ismael Gharbi doubled PSG’s lead in the final seven minutes of the match.
Although Paris FC pulled one back late on, PSG ran out as the winner of the friendly. PSG will also take on Quevilly-Rouen in a mid-season friendly on Wednesday, a week before they face Strasbourg in their first competitive game back.
Ethan Mbappe signed a new three-year contract with the Ligue 1 champions in June 2021 and made his debut for the France Under-16 side in November of that year.

Roosevelt had taken to the micro-bloggin platform, Twitter, to air his opinion about the fans of the 2022 BBNaija winner.
“Phyna nation did this. @unusualphyna knew this was going on and decided to say nothing out of anger for her own. Because we don’t have much a voice. People forget where they started from. God is in control.

In reaction, Phyna lost her cool while referring to Daniella’s brother as a bastard while raining sure on him for coming after her fans.

Daniella’s brother surprised by the outburst took to the comment section to express the unexpected reaction from the reality star.

Lady frowns at maid who eats just as much as her and her brother

A lady has frowned at the audacity of her maid to eat just anything she dims fit when she only works for 4 hours daily.
The Twitter user, identified as @King_Bangy recounts her experience with her maid who eats 2 eggs with her breakfast daily. She also recently discovered that the maid adds slices of cheese even. She concluded it was too much of a cost for her to bear.

Her tweet was replied to by another user, who said her own maid is allowed to eat anything she wants and that she doubts it’s too much.
This resulted in a clap back from the first lady.

It was an emotional moment for reality tv star, Cross Okonkwo as he got reunited with his brother after 15 years apart.
The Okonkwo’s had a family reunion in South Africa recently, and the former Big Brother Naija housemate there got to see his sibling, whom he hadn’t seen in over a decade.

Sharing the video on his Instagram story, Cross revealed that he and his sibling had been apart for 15years. In the emotional video, Cross could be seen screaming for joy on sighting his elder brother. The reality star ran to hug him and they embraced each other for minutes.
Expressing gratitude to God, Cross wrote,
“HAPPY TO SEE U AGAIN BUDDY. I LOOK GOOD AS FUCK. GOD IS AMAZING. 15 YEARS LATER”.
