
Ekene Umenwa has finally shared her reason for choosing Chinenye Nnebe as her chief bridesmaid at her white wedding. Ekene revealed that she embarked on a nine-day prayer and fasting journey to seek divine guidance in choosing her chief bridesmaid. Despite having close friends in her inner circle, Ekene felt that she needed a sign from above to make the right decision. After her spiritual journey, she realized that it was not her own will, but God’s will, that led her to select Chinenye Nnebe for this significant role. In an Instagram update, Ekene Umenwa expressed her deep gratitude for Chinenye Nnebe’s involvement in her white wedding. Ekene described Chinenye as an angel in human form, praising her for her beauty, both inside and out. She highlighted Chinenye’s wisdom, character, personality, physical beauty, elegance, and composure, emphasizing that she is the perfect match for the role of chief bridesmaid. In her words; “The best maid of honour 2023 goes to @chinenyennebe. Words fail me Jesus never fails choosing a maid of honour was something I tried doing on my own but it didn’t work because It was never God’s will then I went into 9 days of Novena prayers and fasting (because I wanted the best) and Jesus told me stand still let me select the best for you.”

Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, as Deputy Chief of Staff.” During a meeting with the Progressive Governors Forum, the President also named the former Benue State Governor and former Minister of Special Duties.
