The man shared this on his Twitter account, @iam_diger, where another user asked people to share if they’ve been ever been arrested and how. The man explained how his friend came up to him with his girlfriend, begging if he had airtime on his phone as they wanted to call somebody urgently. He had given it to them so they stepped out to make a call, came back and gave it to him without telling him anything. Later that day, he received a text message from an unknown number begging him to release their daughter as he was just an ordinary secondary school principal without money. He disregarded it because he just assumed it was a wrong message. However two days later, he was tracked and arrested for kidnap but luckily for him, his father and the DPO were friends so they believed his story. The friend and girlfriend were found and they admitted to planning the whole thing, although by then he had spent 4 days in Police custody. They both conspired to fake her kidnap to get money out of her father but the father reported the case to the Police. He has not spoken to that friend since 2014 when the event occurred and he stays away from friends who are in love as according to him, they do not think straight. Fuel attendant. Photo Source: Google. She has gone to social media to determine whether she can file a case against the man. Her words read: “Dear Auntie Momoza.
Please hide my name for safety purposes. I met a guy in Polokwane and he asked for my number. I gave it to him because he told me he is a magistrate. We started talking and a week later we went out on a date. He’d take calls in front of me talking to lawyers and prosecutors. He used big words like constitution and precedence. He started visiting me at my flat and we made love several times. I discovered a month later that he is a mere petrol attendant without matric. He blocked me everywhere since I uncovered his lie. I want to know if I can lay a charge of rape against him. I consented to sleeping with him because I thought he was a magistrate. The cars he came to my place with belongs to his boss. Had I known he was a petrol attendant I wouldn’t have consented. Please advise.”

Anambra student with best UTME score faked results — JAMB

After receiving N3M scholarship for scoring the highest in the 2023 UTME exam in Anambra, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB confirms that the student faked her result. Ejikeme Mmesoma is accused of deliberately faking her score and falsely claiming to be the highest scorer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

Anambra student celebrated for having highest UTME score faked results — JAMB Ejikeme Mmesoma

Miss Ejikeme Mmesoma In a statement released by the board on Sunday, it was revealed that Ejikeme manipulated her score in order to secure a N3 million scholarship from Innoson Motors. She was also scheduled to receive recognition from the Anambra State government until now that her deceit was uncovered. The statement reads in part; “The attention of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has been drawn to several publications in both print and online media celebrating certain candidates for being high scorers in the 2023 UTME. “The Board is constrained to set the records straight and wishes to state unequivocally that many of the results which many of these candidates are parading are fake. In many instances, some of these candidates had actually obtained far lower scores than they are claiming and had used some funny software packages to manipulate their results to deceive unsuspecting members of the public. “The most pathetic of them all is the case of Miss Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, who claimed to have scored 362 in the 2023 UTME and was awarded a N3m scholarship by Chief (Dr.) Innocent Chukwuma. She was even set to be honoured by the Anambra State Government when one of its top officials put a call through to JAMB to confirm her claim, only for the Board to reveal that Miss Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma had actually scored 249 and not the 362 she claimed. She had manipulated her UTME result to deceive the public to fraudulently obtain scholarships and other recognitions.” The statement further noted that the board is aware of another instance of fraudulent behaviour involving a candidate who falsely asserted to have obtained an aggregate score of 380 in the 2023 UTME. Punishment for highest scoring Anambra UTME student, others who faked UTME result “We commended the likes of Dr. Innocent Chukwuma and wish to encourage other Nigerians, who desire to invest in the future of genuine youngsters, never to be discouraged but to always ensure that they get the authentic results from the Board as done by the Anambra State Ministry of Education; otherwise they will be celebrating criminality as this is just another new fraudulent method in town. “However, these candidates only succeed in manipulating what they are holding, as the authentic results are with the Board and would be transmitted to their schools of choice at the appropriate time. “It is to be noted that Miss Mmesoma had sent a message to the Board’s platform to request her UTME result, after which she manually inflated her scores and pasted same on the 2022 UTME result sheet. Unknown to her, the Board had changed the design of the 2023 UTME result sheet. Her original result remains 249, as nothing can change that. With this her ignoble act, Miss Mmesoma would be prosecuted and her original result withdrawn. This is not all, as the Board would, in due course, investigate all candidates laying claims to higher scores than they actually obtained. Once discovered, such candidates’ original results would be withdrawn forthwith, and they would be handed over to relevant security agencies for prosecution.”
