“I wan ment” – Davido leaves fan in awe with ‘High Five’ gesture at sold-out AWAY Festival in Atlanta A fan of the Nigerian singer David Adeleke, better known as Davido, took to social media to share a video of the singer giving him a ‘high five’ at the sold-out AWAY Festival in Atlanta. The fan, whose face was not revealed, posted the video on his social media with the caption: “When Davido gave me high five I wan ment, Afrobeats to the fcking world.”

Davido also reached out his hand to shake the fan’s, a gesture that greatly excited the fan. The fan shared the video publicly on the internet, excited about the positive vibes received from the singer. It seems to have started as an online hoax or trolling tactic before being adopted by some far-right sympathizers. D.C. United has also suspended a pair of forwards, Taxi Fountas and Nigel Robertha, over an incident in which the former was reportedly accused of directing a racial slur at the latter at a training session. Robertha reportedly responded by physically assaulting Fountas. In D.C. United’s announcement, it cited “possible violations of league policy” by both players, adding that the club “promptly reported the matter to the League Office, at which point MLS began to gather all available information.”
