The post quickly gained attention, prompting skepticism and inquiries from many individuals. In an attempt to dispel doubts and provide evidence of the possibility, Austin took to Twitter and showcased his own partially constructed building. He wrote; “This is my house, three million naira well spent and supervised by me. Two more million will complete the house. I don’t know why you all are doubting the man. Five million naira can build a two-bedroom bungalow aside from furnishing.” Many individuals have expressed surprise and disbelief, given the prevailing perception that constructing a house requires significantly larger budgets. Supervising yourself and spending 3 million isn’t prudence. You’ve been shortchanged by artisans.” @damola_ade77 said; “I can see that you didnt do German floor (DPC/Ground floor slab). This is one of the reasons why you need an engineer to build for you. The floor of your house will experience damping which will spoil your paints and cause help hazard. When the ground is wet, blocks sock water.” @Sunkranegram said; “This your house ehn only the roofing and parafet go collect that 3m” @iam_olykiss said; “I spent around 1.2m on it. The Parapet is designed with a zinc, I got more for less. Everything isn’t luxury, Don jazzy built a house with N250m doesn’t mean a common won’t have a roof over his head for N5m.” @damola_ade77 said;  “How much is the cost of that soild water seal for the whole house and how much is the cost for German floor. Pls do the math.” @iam_olykiss said; “Won’t be more than N200k, I understand that y’all builders are not happy but we all know the truth. 5m can build a 2 bed bungalow, quote me anywhere.” @ArcMaxB said; “Lol, you’d even argue about it. Just wait a few while when you’re done to start seeing what cost of maintenance will look like. Braze up for damps, cracks and tear.”

ESPN Brazil reported that the 29-year-old midfielder who spent most of his career playing in his country, invested in a cryptocurrency company called “WLJC” alongside his teammate Mayke while playing for Sao Paulo-based side Palmeiras. Scarpa invested 6.3m Brazilian Rials (£1m) into the venture, while Mayke forked out R$4.5m (£720,000). The duo were promised returns of between 3.5 and 5 per cent per month. The footballer filed a lawsuit after the company failed to pay the returns and also missed a deadline of August 19, 2022, to give him back his money. The lawsuit was filed against three companies he believes are responsible for the loss.
