The video portrayed him sitting on a motorcycle, resembling an Okada rider, though it remains unclear if this is his occupation or a means of transportation.

In the comment section of the post, concerned viewers inquired about the details of his predicament, seeking to understand the urgency and extent of his financial struggle. According to the man, he said he doesn’t know how he would go home and explain to his landlord that he still can’t find the money. “How I wan tell landlord say I still dey find house rent money,” the young man wrote. Police arrest landlord for allegedly inviting armed robbers to rape and kill tenants

Adebayo Salami, an Oyo State landlord, has been arrested by the State Police Command for allegedly bringing robbers who murdered one of his tenants and sexually assaulted the victim’s daughters. The Police Public Relations Officer in a statement said the Landlord was nabbed in the early hours of Friday and he confessed to having invited the group for the robbery operation at the Apaatuku area, where Ogedengbe was killed and his two daughters deflowered. File photo: Police officers on duty He said, “On May 14, 2023 around 4am, a group of armed robbers invaded Apaatuku/Onireke at Akobo, Ibadan, and robbed residents of their valuables. The assailants killed one Makanjuola Ogedengbe and raped his two daughters, aged 14 and 10 years respectively, during the incident. “The case was transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Iyaganku, for discreet investigation. During investigation, it was revealed that one Ibrahim Rasaq, 31; Abiodun Olalekan, 32; and Abolade Morenikeji, 34, who were earlier arrested in connection with an armed robbery operation on Sawia Estate at Ogbere in Ibadan, which was reported on April 16, 2023, were the same gang that invaded Apaatuku/Onireke community. “The two daughters of the deceased were allegedly raped by Morenikeji and one Sodiq. The said Sodiq, who was the group’s alleged leader, was killed in the operation by the community security guards. The assailants also shot at a night guard, who is currently receiving treatment. “On June 16, 2023, around 3.30am, one Adebayo Salami, who is a major receiver/informant of the group and landlord at Ajara Olohunda, Akobo in Ibadan was arrested in connection with the case. “During interrogation, he confessed to have invited the group for the robbery operation at the Apaatuku area, where Ogedengbe was killed and his two daughters deflowered,” he said.

The tenant said he was shocked to return to see that two pipes from the toilets of two other apartments were passed through his apartment. The pipes were not even hidden inside the building, but were constructed in such a way that anyone could see it. The distraught man said he needs justice as the shoddy job done in his apartment will cause him so much trauma if he continues to reside in the house.

A viral video of a landlord releasing his dog to attack a tenant over money he was owed has led to outrage online. Before releasing the dog, the yet-to-be-identified landlord was seen having an argument with the tenant who “politely” asked why he was refused entry into the compound for over two hours.

Eyewitnesses said the landlord claimed that the tenant is owing him N45,000 and further threatened to unleash his dog on him despite not being rude. The tenant who revealed that he’s been bitten before by the landlord’s pet, dared him to carry out his threat and he did.

It took the intervention of other neighbors to quell the situation and also ensure the dog was returned to its cage. It was also alleged that the landlord is notorious in the area for being ruthless. Watch a video from the scene below…

The lady’s eviction notice came after she had spent thousands of naira on the renovation of the apartment. According to the eviction letter, the incident took place in Edo state.
