Popular Nigerian singer, Iyanya, has finally found a pretty lady who caught his attention at Davido’s Timeless concert. The singer had earlier taken to his Twitter page to reveal how the lady kept on ‘eyeing’ him during his performance, but he had to focus on his job.

He then went ahead to announce his search for the fine lady and requested that she reaches out to him. “One fineeee girl been Dey eye me @davido Timeless Concert. I had to focus on the job, so this morning I come remember if you are that fine girl report yourself now under this tweet, you wanted to confused me ha”, he wrote.

Ini Edo reacts to reports about her having an affair with Empress Njamah’s ex-lover, reveals how she met him

Nollywood actress, Ini Edo has reacted to reports about her having an affair with her colleague, Empress Njamah’s ex-lover, Nicholas Jack Davis. This is coming hours after it was reported that Nicholas allegedly recovered the actress’ personal belongings such as her international passport. It could be recalled that the young man who is formerly known as Josh Wade was arrested for blackmailing Empress with her photos. During a press conference on Monday, April 24, 2023, the Liberian Police Chief revealed that the suspect, whose real name is Nicholas Jack Davis, has been arrested several times and charged in court.

However, he returns to the same crime after getting bail. Hours after his arrest, controversial anonymous blogger, Gistlover alleged that the police discovered that Davis had photos, and videos of several Nigerian female celebrities, including Ini Edo. To back up its claim, the blogger shared screenshots of a video call between Davis and the actress, alongside the data page of her passport via Instagram. Gistlover alleged that Ini was in a romantic relationship with Davis despite his involvement with Empress.

Reacting to the allegation via Instagram live chat, Ini Edo debunked the rumour, saying that she was never in a romantic relationship with Empress Njamah’s ex-lover, as alleged. While stating that the blogger picked on her because she barely responds to rumours about her, Ini then recounts how she met the suspect. According to her, she did not know Davis in person.

The single mother of one that the alleged blackmailer had called her with his number and she picked up, hence the screenshot of the video call he allegedly had in his possession. The actress urged her fans to ignore the rumour and threatened legal action against the blogger. Watch below;

A young woman, identified as @_preciousubani, has shared her story of how a stranger slid into her DM and ended up giving her ₦1.5 million.

She explained that the stranger had asked her out, but she declined as she did not have enough money to groom herself for the date. To her surprise, the man asked for her account number and transferred the sum of ₦1.5 million to her.

Sensational Afrobeats musician, Davido has opened up on how he met his latest two DMW artistes, Morravey and Logos Olori.

In a recent podcast, the DMW boss revealed that he had found Morravey when he came across an Instagram reel of her cover of one of Fireboy’s song and picked interest because she had a beautiful singing voice. He decided to go through the comment section, searching for her Instagram handle; he said that there were over 400 comments and he went through almost 300 of them before he could find her Instagram page.

He messaged her immediately, telling her he would make her a star. Davido said that she was starstruck and was finding it difficult expressing herself clearly. She requested a video call in order to verify with her own eyes that he’s truly the one who had messaged her, and after the call, he sent her some money to freshen herself up; he had also paid her and her friends’ flight tickets to come to Lagos to record a track.

He said that he was highly impressed with her songwriting skills and decided to add her to his music album, Timeless. On his meeting with Logos Olori, he revealed that he had met him through Magicsticks (Asake’s audio engineer) whom he had been coming together with to the music studio. A Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to narrate how she met former Real Madrid star and Brazilian football legend, Marcelo, without knowing who he is.

According to @OreluwainBrazil, she met the footballer while at a Brazilian mall for movies. She said she ran towards him for a photograph after seeing others do the same. While trying to get a photo with him, she hilariously asked him for his name. The Nigerian lady further apologized to Marcelo and his fans for coming to Twitter to ask who he is. She tweeted; “I met a celebrity and I had no clue in the world who he is. I just went to take pictures because people were crowding him. I have never watched football in my life. Supreme court admits CJN travelled to UK, but says he never met with Tinubu

The Supreme Court on Friday, March 24, admitted that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Olukayode Ariwoola, travelled to the United Kingdom (UK).

It was earlier alleged that the CJN travelled to the UK for a purported meeting with the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, in London. Debunking the claim, the Supreme Court stated that the CJN only travelled to the UK for medicals and never met with Tinubu. The Supreme Court’s spokesperson, Festus Akande told Premium Times that the CJN only travelled out of Nigeria briefly to London on 18 March for medical care. He added that the CJN was accompanied by NJC’s Secretary, Gambo Saleh.

Akande added; “On 23 March, the CJN returned from his medical trip to London and later reported in the office (in Abuja), where he worked till 8p.m. “The only time the CJN travelled earlier this year was on 25 January, when he travelled for Lesser Hajj in Saudi Arabia. He returned on 29 January 2023.”

Teacher recounts how he and wife met as coursemates in school

A man has relayed a beautiful love story of how he met his partner in 2005 at school as French students and how it culminated in marriage some years after.

The man identified as Ugwoke Michael Onyemaechi took to a Facebook platform to share the story with throwback photos from their time as students. According to him, he and his wife met in 300 level at a French school in Badagry, Lagos.

He proposed to her in 2005 while they were still in school and 5 years later, they both tied the conjugal knot officially. The man revealed that he and his wife are French teachers today, and although they’re not wealthy, they’re very much happy together.

In his words: “I first saw her and had opportunity to talk with her on today, 12th February, 2005.
We were 300L classmates. She was my course mate, reading mate, gist mate, PA and student too at The Nigeria French Language Village, Badagry, Lagos. I proposed to her 2005 in the classroom as a student. We wedded 2010.
