“If I start to talk….” – Gideon Okeke’s ex-wife, Chidera, issues strong warning hours after his rants

Chidera, the ex-wife of Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke has issued strong warning hours following his recent outburst about single mothers and their men. Recall that recently, the actor revealed that he never knew many men are being punished by their ex-partners for going public about their divorce until he announced his separation from his wife. The single father of two went on to criticize single mothers who prohibit their children from having relationships with their fathers just because they are no longer married. He advised them to show empathy since it is no longer about them alone. Hours after he gave this advice, the Ex-wife of Gideon Okeke took to her Instagram story to reveal that she is not ready to talk about her ex’s statement. She added that there will be no holding back once she starts spilling their secrets. Chidera then slammed Gideon for acting as the victim when he was the one who ‘stomped’ on her in their marriage. “If I start to talk! Hmmmmmm… There will be no holding back. Because the millipede that was stomped on did not scream, but the foot that stomped on it keeps screaming “my foot, my foot” (its sweet in Igbo sha, but, you get the gist lol). But my people say that, “Adiro ibuo ayi ala”, so I’ll be the bigger person, as ALWAYS and keep livng life.” She wrote. See her post below; Gideon Okeke and wife

"Don't envy us, we're underpaid peacocks" – Gideon Okeke laments poor pay of actors

Gideon Okeke, a popular Nollywood actor, has taken to social media to express his dissatisfaction with the country’s underpaying of performers.

Many people are envious of actors and actresses as well as other popular figures, but they are simply poorly paid performers, according to the TV star.
The actor went on a long diatribe in his post, explaining that the money is peanuts, the food is crap, and the working conditions are best compared to servitude, but on red carpet dates, they dress impeccably and overlook the industry’s flaws.
He also blasted awards and red carpets, claiming that they now hand out honors for best-dressed on the red carpet, rather than the film itself, which he believes should be the main focus of the rating.
