A fascinating scene unfolds as young man proposes to his girlfriend while she is busy leading praise and worship at their church. The young lady was engrossed in delivering a moving rendition when the man approached her from behind and knelt to propose.

Celestial Church leader stops Portable, Pasuma’s performance at praise night

Olatosho Oshoffa has disapproved of the invitation of Portable and Pasuma to participate in one of the church branch’s praise nights. Olatosho Oshoffa who is the pastoral leader of the Celestial Church of Christ International Headquarters in Ketu took to his Facebook page to announce the cancelation of the invitation. The flyer for their worship night, which featured Portable, Pasuma, and May Shua, was released by the Celestial Church of Christ, Land of Goshen in Lagos on Wednesday. On social media, however, the announcement brought about a tsunami of responses from many Nigerians. Some called it depressing, while others questioned whether the temple of God was becoming a place for amusement.

Music star Kcee and his brother, E-Money Kcee said, “When I did the gospel [album] and a lot of people were like, ‘It’s over, he is actually going close to his village. Now he’s taking the music to the village.’ “That was horrible. When I heard that I was like, okay, let’s see how that works. And it didn’t happen. I made more money from it [the gospel album]; more than any ever before in my whole career.”

Tems led praise and worship in Ugandan prison – Manager reveals

Muyiwa Awoniyi, the manager of Nigerian singer, Tems, has recounted how the Grammy winner conducted praise and worship in her prison cell. According to Muyiwa, the singer carried out the commendable act when she was detained by the Uganda police alongside Omah Lay in 2020.

He said: “Entering prison, as a woman, Tems, they [prison warders] took her to the female section. I was just worried about her. I was not with her. I was just wondering what the hell is going on [with her?]. “I will come to find out that Tems conducted praise and worship in a whole prison cell. Everybody was singing with her. She took over the whole prison.”

Apparently, one family covered all angles by involving their pet in their prayers as well.
The family and their pet dog were seen all holding hands in a circle as they prayed for a hitch free year.
