The clergyman opened up on this after popular actor Yemi Solade opined that for one to thrive in the country, one has to belong to one cult or the other. According to the clergyman, he was still a young pastor 23 years ago when he and a bishop traveled out of the country for a ministration and the man tried to lure him into cultism. He said that what had saved him joining the confraternity group was his commitment to the Holy ghost. “My brother is a very bitter truth, do u no as a very young preacher 23years ago a Bishop almost initiated me into a cult outside the country when we travelled together for a ministration, what saved me was my commitment to the holyghost!,” the pastor wrote. Famous Afrobeat singer, Davido recounts how his billionaire father, Chief Adedeji Adeleke, had him arrested by police multiple times in the early stages of his career.

Davido made this known during a recent appearance on the Ebro in the Morning Show on Hot 97FM in New York City. The singer, who goes by the nickname ‘Omo Baba Olowo’, explained that his father initially disapproved of his choice to pursue music and instead urged him to prioritize his education.

He revealed that his father would frequently send police officers to apprehend him and disrupt his performances at various events. She said that she had met this guy she went on a date with, who claimed to own a house on Lagos Island but was always taking her to main land, and when she asked about it, he said that his friends were making use of it.

His car also became another subject of suspicion. Lillian said that the man had probably rented the car he took her out with on their first date because she never saw it again after that day. She began to notice that he was involved in more shady activities and decided to stop seeing him. After sometime, she found out that the guy had moved on to wooing her big aunty. A Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to narrate how she met former Real Madrid star and Brazilian football legend, Marcelo, without knowing who he is.

According to @OreluwainBrazil, she met the footballer while at a Brazilian mall for movies. She said she ran towards him for a photograph after seeing others do the same. While trying to get a photo with him, she hilariously asked him for his name. The Nigerian lady further apologized to Marcelo and his fans for coming to Twitter to ask who he is. She tweeted; “I met a celebrity and I had no clue in the world who he is. I just went to take pictures because people were crowding him. I have never watched football in my life. How would I have known? “HOW DID I MEET MARCELO WITHOUT KNOWING HE WAS MARCELO?? I went to the mall to see a movie, I went with my sister @hannexe but we separated because we saw different movies. Citizen Nagaziman narrated that his ex-girlfriend frequently visited prayer centres, which he found unappealing. Portuguese football star, Joao Cancelo has recounted the pain of losing a Champions League final to a Chelsea team led by Thomas Tuchel, who has now been appointed as the manager of Bayern Munich. She added that she went through a lot of trauma after the incident and only healed about a month or 2 months ago. In her words: “I was in a relationship with him for like 3-4 years and he died of a brain aneurysm in the middle of sex. Baddo noted that it occurred during his time working with his boss and producer, ID Cabasa, many years ago, as reported by The Nation. The lady took to social media to recall her unexpected second journey into motherhood as she shared the beautiful development of her newborn. She revealed that she had given birth to her first child when, after five months, she began getting lean.

At first she had thought it was due to breastfeeding but she didn’t, at the time, know that she had gotten pregnant for the second time. She hadn’t also menstruated and she had attributed that to the fact she had just delivered her first child.

A Nigerian lady has detailed how she almost got scammed with fake Naira notes at one of the ATMs while waiting to withdraw

The lady gave a detailed account of how someone almost gave her fake new Naira notes. She revealed that she was waiting in the ATM queue for some money when an unknown lady approached her. The lady said she withdrew N30,000 instead of N3,000 and she was willing to give the amount she needed for her to make a transfer in return. Unknown to her, the lady planned to exchange fake new Naira notes for some money in her bank account. Read more below; “Yesterday, I went to First Bank to use the ATM,
I got there and looked around and joined the long queue. A young lady came to meet me and asked how much I wanted to withdraw. She said she over withdrew money; She was supposed to withdraw ₦3,000 but mistakenly pressed ₦30,000. She will give me ₦20,000 cash, I will transfer it to her account. This is what shocked me; I have been standing on the queue for approximately five minutes and I never saw this Lady around that ATM, she wasn’t on the queue, she never made any withdrawal. Which ATM did she use in getting the ₦30,000? I told her I will wait for my turn, she left my side, I asked the man in my front, did you see this lady around? I wanted to point her but the Lady had disappeared, I didn’t see her again. I told the man what she said and he laughed and said it is an old logic. They come with fake Naira notes claiming they mistakenly pressed and withdraw the wrong amount When you are in a hurry to leave the long queue, you transfer the money to them and they give you cash. You leave happily thinking you have escaped long queue, go to wherever to buy something with the money and realise you were given fake money The man called it Old logic but what saved me was my keen observation, she looked so innocent and pretty, you won’t even suspect a thing… I am sure someone out there is hearing about this stealing logic for the first time. I had to post this because I am hearing it for the first time too o. It might help someone who doesn’t know this too.”
