A truck driver has been captured on camera risking everything to find a safe parking spot for his burning truck after it suddenly caught fire. The truck which carried a combustible substance had caught fire before it got to its destination.

Truck driver. Since it was still within an area filled with people, the man decided not to simply park it in an open street and run for his dear life. Instead, courageously, the man had continued to drive the burning truck while fire blazed wildly, till he found a place far from humanity to park it before it risked exploding. Reacting, futballpunter said: “That truck driver deserve some national award.. but sadly in this part of the world called Nigeria Na mediocre dey get those recognition. A truck driver identified as Mr Ejiro Otarigho, has been hailed a hero after he risked his life to drive a burning truck out of a residential area in Agbarho town, Ughelli North LG, Delta state.
It is understandable that the man’s bravery apparently averted what would have destroyed sources of lives and properties in Agbarho town.

Sharing the heroic story on Facebook, the senior special assistant to the Delta State government, Agba Abraham confirmed that the driver is hail and healthy amid swimming in the inferno.
Agba Abraham wrote: “This truck driver Mr Ejiro Otarigho deserve a National Honours for averting National disaster that would have destroyed sources of lives and properties in Agbarho Town, Ughelli North LGA. See how the driver risk his life to divert the truck from town to safe environment. I urge revelant Authority both National and State to act. I have spoken to Mr Ejiro, he is safe and healthy. 
“I just spoke with the Heroic driver Mr Ejiro Otarigho, he is Hail and healthy. Let’s continue to share this post until relevant Agency act.”

The Federal Government has filed 23-count charges against Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late popular gospel singer, Osinachi, who died on April 8 after he allegedly manhandled her.
 
He was charged under sections 104 and 379 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, by the Attorney-General of the Federation.
The defendant was charged with culpable homicide contrary to section 221 of the Penal Code which is punishable with death.

The case with charge number, CR/199/2022, was filed at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, on May 20, 2022, by the Head, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, Department of Public Prosecutions of the Federation, Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Yewande Gbola-Awopetun.
The 42-year-old musician passed away after spending days at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
Nwachukwu was consequently arrested by the police after colleagues of Osinachi, who was a lead singer at the Dunamis International Headquarters, Abuja, raised an alarm as regards domestic violence in the late singer’s marriage.
Count one reads:
“That you Peter Nwachukwu, 56, male, on the 8th of April, 2022 at Aco Estate, opposite police station, Lugbe, Abuja, FCT, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, did commit an offence to with: culpable homicide punishable with death in that you caused the death of Mrs Osinachi Nwachukwu by your various acts of violence and aggravated assault with the knowledge that her death would be the probable consequence of your acts.”
