When he got out of his automobile, he dashed onto the road, sprinting wildly from one end to the other while laughing and chanting his famous ‘Phenomenal diatribe’. Attempts to restrain Charles Okocha were ineffective because he made a scene on the busy road by widely spreading his legs while lying on the ground.
