In an emotional video which has grabbed attention online, lady appreciates her father for sponsoring her education as she wears him her graduation gown. The university graduate showed gratitude to her dad for all he had done towards ensuring that she’s educated.

Why Apostle Chibuzor stopped sponsoring Happie Boys

Well-known social media influencer and activist, Lucky Udu has revealed why Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere stopped sponsoring Happie Boys in school. According to Lucky Udu, he reached out to the founder of Omega Power Ministries’ General Overseer, Apostle Chibuzor to find out his reasons for halting his sponsorship.

Source: Google Lucky Udu in his write up disclosed that he discovered Apostle Chibuzor found it difficult to continue sponsoring the boys abroad after the dollar rate skyrocketed. He said the man of God asked the Happie Boys to return to Nigeria or Ghana to continue their education but they refused. He wrote: “I just spoke to the OPM pastor and he said that when the dollar went up, things became difficult and he couldn’t sustain them, he advised them to return to a Nigerian university or he sends them to Ghana or benin republic to continue their education. The burden became too much to bear but they didn’t understand nor listen.” “That man has too many responsibilities. Over 4000 students abroad. He sends the children to school and then, the parents cater to their children. Unfortunately, not everyone can cope with such opportunities. Some will spend all their opportunities thinking that man will provide everything for them. If their family can squeeze out something to sustain them, let them do so. I’m not judging those boys o but before they left Nigeria, they were dressing decently but after they left for Cyprus, they started dressing indecently and expensive when they fully know that they have no kobo compared to what the man of God can assist with. A Nigerian woman has cried out online after using her entire savings to sponsor her boyfriend overseas, only to get dumped in the end. She lamented that one month after he landed abroad, he sent her a breakup message to end their relationship.

D’banj reacts to sponsoring attack on Seun Kuti

Nigerian artist D’Banj debunked rumours online of sponsoring the attack on his fellow colleague, Seun Kuti during his clash with Peter Okoye over Peter Obi.

During the clash between Peter Okoye and Seun Kuti over a comment made again the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, a post purportedly written by D’banj insulting Seun surfaced online. In the post, that went viral on social media, it was seen that an account with D’banj’s name said the son of the late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Seun has a low IQ due to substance abuse and should focus more on music than ranting on social media without offering any solution to Nigeria’s problems. However, the musician has come out to debunk the post that went viral. In a statement via his lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, the artist laid a disclaimer on the viral post. The statement read: “This is to notify the general public that Mr. Oladapo Daniel (D’Banj) never made nor could make any derogatory or disparaging statement against anybody, especially within the entertainment industry, nor has he directed the publication of any such material on his behalf. Never! The general public is thus advised to disregard the mischief of a publication maliciously pushed to drive traffic to gossip blogs and stoke non-existent conflict between Oladapo Daniel (D’Banj) and his well-regarded colleagues in the industry. “For the records, D’banj authored no statement against his friend and brother Seun Kuti, and he is as perplexed as the general public by the publication falsely attributed to him. “Dbanj’s view is that in the entertainment industry, they are all one big family and that though political ideologies may differ and could be expressed in heated ways, he holds that the irrefutable truth is that elections will come and go and they all will and must remain one big family”

According to her, things changed for the better for her family after her dad was called to serve in the Lord’s vineyard.

I think about all the amazing amazing things that works for my Dad and I just conclude that this is God. I don’t know but I also know there’s a special grace over this man’s life, a convenat. There’s almost no one he doesn’t know. I mean all the big men.”

“Good evening Ma. Please I would love to hear some advice from you pls. I and my girlfriend have been dating for about 3 years now. She was there with me before I traveled and made it and God blessed me.
Since then till now currently am training her in school not majorly because she came from a poor background and not mainly on the fact that I love her but because naturally am a gentle, kind and nice guy.
I jus have that good heart. Her family is also aware that is because of me she is in school. She’s never bought me anything even to the least boxer. She only bought me something last year on my birthday and it was my money too cus she borrowed some money from me before that day.
She has never one day even suggested a gift for my own mom or even my younger siblings. I get her whatever she wants. I give her money most of the time. She is even the highest among her peers.
