A married woman intentionally stopped cleaning the bathroom for two months to gauge her husband’s reaction. The woman identified as @mercy_festus, showcased layers of grime under the bathmat, dirt around the toilet seat, an overflowing trash bin, cluttered counters, and yellow markings around the taps and sink. She wrote; “I didn’t clean the bathroom for 2 months to see if my husband would clean it/ notice it. It’s so annoying” The bathroom was truly a mess, and she eagerly awaited her husband’s response after thoroughly cleaning it. When the woman called her husband to inspect the cleaned bathroom, his initial reaction was far from what she expected. He noticed a slight difference but attributed it to her cleaning up her own belongings. He claimed that the bathroom looked the same as it did in the morning, leaving her disappointed and questioning his lack of awareness. This resolution is made after the World Health Organisation (WHO) identified Nigeria as one of the 55 countries facing significant challenges in terms of the health workforce. As per the UK government, health and social care employers will no longer actively seek recruitment from these countries, unless a government-to-government agreement is in place. This is expressed in a statement on the website of the UK government titled ‘Code of Practice for the international recruitment of Health and social care personnel in England’. “Consistent with the WHO Global Code of Practice principles and articles, and as explicitly called for by the WHO Global Code of Practice 10-year review, the listed countries should be prioritised for health personnel development and health system-related support, provided with safeguards that discourage active international recruitment of health personnel. “Countries on the list should not be actively targeted for recruitment by health and social care employers, recruitment organisations, agencies, collaborations, or contracting bodies unless there is a government-to-government agreement in place to allow managed recruitment undertaken strictly in compliance with the terms of that agreement. “Countries on the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards list are graded red in the code. If a government-to-government agreement is put in place between a partner country, which restricts recruiting organisations to the terms of the agreement, the country is added to the amber list.” In 2021, the United Kingdom halted the recruitment of healthcare workers from Nigeria and 46 other nations. This decision was made due to the rising number of health and social care worker migrations from low and lower-middle-income countries, which poses a threat to the achievement of their health and social care objectives. As per data from the UK General Medical Council, there are presently 11,055 doctors who have been trained in Nigeria practising in the UK. 
According to reports, the apex court delivered the ruling in a suit filed by Governors Nasir El-Rufai, Yahaya Bello, and Bello Matawalle of Kaduna, Kogi, and Zamfara respectively. The three Governors; Nasir El-Rufai, Yahaya Bello, and Bello Matawalle sort a temporal court order to stop the ruling government and the Central Bank of Nigeria from continuing the implementation of the Naira redesign policy. The Governors argued to the court that the demonetization policy of the regime is in violation of the extant provisions of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007, the Nigerian Constitution. The Governors also requested the bank to declare sufficient notice for the use of the older versions of the naira notes, adding that it is a violation of Section 20(3) of the CBN Act 2007 to make denominations lose their legal tender status. The Governors also requested the court using Section 20(3) of the CBN Act 2007 to point out that the federal government, acting through the CBN, lacks the authority to set a deadline for accepting and redeeming banknotes issued by the Bank.
