Grammy-winning singer, Damini Ogulu a.k.a Burna Boy, says Nigerians only tell lies when they are trying to scam someone.
The singer made this assertion while appearing as a guest on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah in New York, USA.
Trevor, who gave accolades to the ‘Odogwu’ crooner for being the first African to sell out Madison Square Garden, acknowledged his confidence and outspokenness during the interview, while also noting that Nigerians with huge accomplishments are never timid.
In his really, Burna Boy told Trevor that the only circumstance within which Nigerians tell lies to people is if the intention is to scam them.
Trevor, including the audience burst into laughter following Burna Boy’s assertion.

Fast-rising singer, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable has been captured in a viral clip speaking with some policemen who allegedly tried to arrest him.
The controversial figure who is constantly making the news for various reasons could be seen furiously explaining himself to the police officers while he was encircled by his guys and onlookers.
He challenged the policemen as he could be overheard in the clip asking whether they know he’s a celebrity and if they have any idea how much he’s worth.
According to reports the episode had occurred in Delta State.

Husband tells residents to call police on his wife (Video)
Some good Samaritans have raised alarm for help after a househelp was found crying outside in the middle of the night.
When she was asked, the young girl who was already in tears, said she was locked outside in the cold by her guardian.
Locals who saw the girl named Blessing crying at about 12:18am banged on the gate of the compound where she lives in Asaba, Delta state.
The husband, identified as Gabriel, came out and said he had no idea their maid was outside.
He explained that when he asked his wife about their help, she said she has no idea where she was, so he assumed she was sleeping inside.
Crying, the maid revealed that even when her madam came out to change over, she saw her outside but went back inside and locked her outside.
The husband added that his wife sent out Blessing to sell drinks for her then locked her out when she came back.
“She hasn’t given her food since morning o,” he added.
“Nancy Nwaka,” is her name, the husband told the locals and asked them to do whatever they want about his wife’s action.
As the husband returned to his compound, the locals promised to return with welfare officials in the morning.

A man who has been in a relationship with a lady for three years has indirectly revealed to her that he won’t be tying the knot with her.
According to chinenerem, the lady who shared the story, her boyfriend had uttered the unimaginable while they were arguing which had left her in stunned disbelief.
This is shocking to her because they have been for three years now only for him to hint that he doesn’t have any intention to marry her.
She wrote: ”I was arguing with my bf earlier today and he told me “I pity who will marry you”
A Twitter user who replied her post stated that at least the boyfriend had informed her on time.
Replying the Tweep, the lady wrote;
”I don’t think he did. He should have told me that before now.”
