While some expressed disappointment at missing out, fortunate buyers expressed their excitement across different social media platforms.

Nigerian singer and songwriter Oxlade has recounted how he sold tickets and food as a source of living after running away from home. According to Oxlade, he run away from home to pursue his music career and had to sell bus tickets—a job of motor park touts, popularly called “agbero.” During an interview, Oxlade disclosed that his father who is a lecturer at a university never supported his music career.  He said: “Honestly, he [my dad] was indifferent at first. But my stubbornness and consistency paid off [laughs]. “I ran away from the house at some point in my life to pursue music personally. And I had to do all sorts of stuff to survive. "I want to test his love for me" – Pretty Lady shares plan to buy movie tickets for her man on same day as World Cup finals

A young lady has shared plans of testing her boyfriend’s love for her by buying him movie tickets on the same day as the World Cup finals to know which he would choose.
According to the lady identified as Adunni on Twitter she’d test to see whether her man would pick watching the World Cup final over spending time with her at the movies.

She intends to purchase movie tickets on the same day and time as the World Cup for both she and her man.
“Buying my man movie tickets the same day/time as the World Cup final, I want to know if he would choose me over the World Cup finals,” she wrote.

The World Cup finals is set to be played on 18th December 2022, between Argentina and France.
