Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba ignites mixed reactions online as he is set to release a tribute album for his late son while opening up on the motive behind the music. The talented musician, Mohbad died on the 12th of September 2023 under mysterious circumstances which had attracted media attention and that of the public.

Late Mohbad. Mohbad’s father, MR Aloba who is very fond of his late son opened up on his intention to release an album for his son. It was revealed that the song is a tribute to honor the memory of his late son whose death had caused a national frenzy. The song entitled “Itunu”, is a tribute to Mohbad and the album is produced by Latsoul Films International.

Nigerian man pens emotional tribute to his late fiancée who died in a car accident two weeks to their wedding

A Nigerian man, identified as Ushie Benard, has penned an emotional tribute to his late fiancée who passed away one year ago. Two weeks before her wedding, on December 12, 2022, Blessing Ebodo, a nurse from the Bekwarra Local Government Area in Cross River State, passed away in a car accident.

On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Ushie wrote a heartfelt ode to Blessing on Facebook. He wrote: “Exactly one year today you traveled and never returned home alive. Your death shattered my heart and left me in pains, your love and care will never be forgotten. Saying goodbye is not easy. It’s the hardest thing to do. But what hurt even more is the chance to say it to you. You were my first real love And this I will never forget How you left without a warning No goodbyes, is my only regret. Kechi Okwuchi pens emotional tribute to classmates as she marks 18th anniversary of Sosoliso plane crash

Nigerian singer, Kechi Okwuchi pens emotional tribute to victims of the lethal Sosoliso plane crash, which occurred 18 years ago today. On December 10, 2005, the America’s Got Talent star, who attended Loyola Jesuit College, was aboard the plane that crashed at Port Harcourt International Airport, killing 106 people, including 60 of her classmates.

Kechi Okwuchi In a post on her Instagram page, she penned a tribute to the 60 Angels, noting how 18 years has passed since the plane crash claimed their lives, sparing hers and one other. She outlined her achievements and milestones of the year including graduating with her MBA and starting a second career. Kechi appreciated the 60 angels for watching over her and urged them to keep watching as she continues to live more experiences and make more memories for them. Mr Joseph Aloba, the father of the late ex-Marlian signee, Mohbad officially drops a music tribute, recounting the beautiful memories he shared with his late son. It would be recalled that Mohbad passed on under mysterious circumstances some months ago and has since been the most controversial report this year.

Following a number of music tributes done for the late singer, his father joined the movement, releasing his first tribute for his late son. Some parts of the song’s lyrics say, “Music is the only thing I have to cherish your memories.” The tribute of Mohbad’s father has, however, generated tons of reactions as many accused Mr Joseph of hustling his music career with the demise of his son.

13 years after, Jonathan pays tribute to former president Yar’adua

Former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has paid tribute to his late predecessor, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, on the 13th anniversary of his death. In a twitter post, Jonathan described his predecessor Yar’Adua as a “great and selfless leader” who was dedicated to promoting peace, justice and accountability in the country.

Nadia Nakai, the girlfriend of the late South-African rapper, AKA takes to Instagram to pen an emotional tribute to her late partner.

Kiernan Forbes, widely known as AKA was shot on the 10th of February in a drive-by in Durban while outside a restaurant with his friends. The remains of the famous rapper were laid to rest on the 19th of February, 2023. Nadia Nakai, who was AKA’s love until his death shared that this was not the plan they had for their future. Kely Nascimento, Brazilian football legend Pele’s daughter has taken to Instagram to pen down an emotional tribute to him.

It was reported earlier that Pele who is a three-time World Cup winner died at the age of 82 on Thursday evening, after a long battle with colon cancer.
Family members had gathered at the Albert Einstein Israelita Hospital in Sao Paulo shortly before Christmas after news that his colon cancer had worsened and posted a series of pictures of their bedside vigil over recent days.

Penning down a tribute to him on Instagram, Kely wrote;

Talented Nigerian Fuji-street rapper, Asake pays tribute to the innocent lives that were lost during his UK concert.

It will be recalled that NigezieXtreme earlier reported that Asake’s London show had to be interrupted due to a security breach. According to reports, some fans without tickets tried to force their way into the o2 Brixton.
The situation got out of hand and the security lost control. Sadly, 2 lives were lost; a mother-of-2 identified as Rebecca Ikulomo and 23-year-old Briton, Gabrielle Hutchinson.
Last night, while Asake was headlining the Flytime concert in Lagos, he stopped his show to pay tribute to the 2 lives that were lost during the stampede.
