Upcoming artist drags Bobrisky for refusing to promote his song

An upcoming artist has called out celebrity transgender, Bobrisky, for refusing to post his music or reply his messages after getting paid 200k. The artist revealed this on his Twitter page, @gafgold, where he asked Nigerians to beg Bobrisky to refund him. From the chats he shared, he reached out to Bobrisky, asking for his price to run an advert with him. Bobrisky required the sum of 1Miliion, but the upcoming artist pleaded with him, claiming he had only 200k to send. He sent the money on the 18th of November, and since then, Bobrisky had been ignoring him despite promising to post it on the evening he made payment. In his words; “Hi, my fellow Nigerians, please help me beg Bobrisky to refund me. It’s not easy being an independent, upcoming artist. I dropped a new song, “Sokinso”, my first street lamba, and part of the influencer marketing plan involved Bobrisky. Payment was made to her personal account, with a promise of same-day delivery. But it’s been two weeks now, and since the payment was received, she stopped replying to my DMs. I’ve been messaging her every day with no response… This is a scam. You all should stop doing this to upcoming artists. It’s not easy for us… Bobrisky, kindly refund me before I take legal action… Thank you. Big Brother Naija reality show star and on-air personality, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, clarifies her remarks about rappers Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck being “upcoming artistes”. She made the clarification during her appearance on the last episode of the Big Friday Show With Tacha on Cool FM, Lagos.

Tacha Tacha addressed the social media backlash in a video message, emphasizing that her choice of words was not meant to be condescending. She further justified her statement by stating the meaning of ‘upcoming artiste’ via a search engine meaning. “An episode from the Big Friday Show has gone viral and there’s no amount of insult I’ve not gotten. Twitter influencer, Daniel Regha, has advised the famous singer, Olamide to cancel all upcoming shows of his signee, Asake.

According to Daniel Regha, gracing the stage to perform a few days after lives have been lost at his last concert in Brixton will make him (Asake) insensitive.
Daniel Regha has advised Nigerian singer, Olamide to cancel the upcoming shows of Asake as a way to show respect for the lives that were lost recently following the stampede that happened at his show.

Recently, we saw the Grammy winner, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid profess his love for Davido and Burna Boy during a concert and this has triggered reactions from social media users.
In the viral clip, Big Wiz took a few minutes to declare his love for fellow superstar crooners, Davido and Burna Boy.

He also went on to appreciate the fans whom he claimed are the reason they are being held in high esteem today.
However, this assertion didn’t sit well with some netizens who dragged the singer for being fake.
One of the cybernauts identified on Twitter as @iamhbozz mentioned a few instances where Wizkid completely shunned Davido even when the latter showed him love.

Popular Afrobeat singer, Portable Omolalomi, condemns a show promoter, Billyque, who made attempt to steal credits for his forthcoming Dubai trip.
The singe had taken to Instagram to praise a promoter who sponsored his trip to Turkey as he flaunts wads of cash.

Taken to the comment section, Billyque, reminded Portable of the need to prepare for a trip to perform in the United Arab Emirates.

“Sha no miss dubai flight Akoi Dubai soon,” he wrote.
In response, the Zazu crooner shut down Billyque’s claim as he reminds him of how he once talked down about taking him abroad.
