Erigga considers smoking for two weeks straight without food to set Guinness World Record

Popular rap artist, Erigga considers following after chef Hilda Baci’s footsteps as he contemplates smoking for two weeks straight without food. The musician took to his Twitter page to reveal that he’s considering setting his own Guinness World Record by going on a smoking marathon.

He wondered if he smokes non stop for 14 days without food, that would get his name in the Guinness book. This comes following viral chef, Hilda Baci’s 100 hours straight cooking, which defeated the former time of 87 hours and 45 minutes, a record which was set by Indian chef, Lata Tondon in 2019. Erigga wrote: “Watin persin wan do when go break record? Abi make I smoke for 2weeks straight without food.”

Just two weeks before her wedding, a young Nigerian woman named Ameerah passed away in Ayagi, located in the Dala Local Government Area of Kano State. On May 14, 2023, Umar Habib Sadiq Ayagi shared this tragic news in a Facebook post.

Comrade Abdullahi Dan Bording, the President of Cooperative Students Association’s Kano State chapter (COSA), also verified the unfortunate news on May 15, 2023. “We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return 😭😭 Amirah in Ayagi Unguwar Kano State has died, two weeks remaining for her wedding. May Allah have mercy on her,” he wrote.

A new mother has shown off the amount of breast milk she has produced in just three weeks after giving birth. The new mother took to her Tiktok page to share how neatly arranged and well-packaged breast milk she stored in her refrigerator just three weeks after giving birth.

Sharing the video, she wrote on her page, “How the breastfeeding journey is going 3 weeks postpartum”. Some social media users have reacted to the post differently. While advised her not to keep much breast milk in the fridge for her baby because it wasn’t healthy, others made fun of the amount of milk she was able to produce in just 3 weeks after birth. House of Rep member-elect, Ismail Maihanci passes away few weeks to his swearing-in

According to reports, Ismail Maihanci, a Nigerian politician and the House of Representatives member-elect for Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency in Taraba State, has passed away.

He was elected under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and died in the early hours of Saturday. The funeral will take place later in the day in accordance with Islamic customs. Maihanci who was born on October 22, 1986, worked as a businessman and a Special Adviser to the Governor of Taraba State, Darius Ishaku. He was also previously the Secretary of the PDP in Taraba State. Sharing the news, Bashir Ahmed tweeted:

“Peter Obi-Kwankwaso merger has been dead for four weeks”

The Director-General of Peter Obi Campaign Organisation, Dr Doyin Okupe has put to bed expectations of a coalition betwen the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi and the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria’s Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso.
Noting that the merger talks have been “dead” for over four weeks, Okupe accused Kwankwaso of still trying to take advantage of Mr. Obi’s popularity.

He made this revelation while appearing on on Channels Television’s Politic Today on Tuesday.
Dr Okupe was quoted as saying: “The Labour Party and its presidential candidate has long withdrawn from that conversation.
“It was the NNPP that continued to try and benefit from the traction of Peter Obi.
“As an elder statesman, out of maturity I decided we will not take them on media-wise, so we kept quiet. But they kept going on.
“That alliance has been dead for over four weeks. I was the leader of the team that went to talk with Kwankwaso and we reached a deadlock.”
Okupe also revealed that the LP made it clear in discussions with Kwankwaso that they were not ready to back another Muslim Northerner to become president, after Muhammadu Buhari steps down in 2023.
