Former BBNaija housemate, Uriel Oputa has lashed out on Nigerians who have the mindset of underestimating successful unmarried women. The reality star took to her Instagram story to berate Nigerians who believe a woman needs to be married to be deemed successful.

She asserted that it is a very useless mindset as some women prefer to stay unmarried. She warned that women’s achievements should not be downplayed simply because of marriage. A man identified as Obaseki Osazekomwen Daniel decided to put smiles on the face of a female hawker by gifting her the sum of N10K as part of International Women’s Day celebration.

The man who drove a car signaled the woman who was selling garden eggs to come. He began bargaining as if he wanted to purchase her goods.
He went on to ask if she knew that 8th March is Mothers’ Day and she said she’s unaware.
After some humourous conversations, the man came clean by revealing he didn’t want to buy her product, rather he just wanted to support her business with N10K.

Captioning the video, he wrote:
