Nigerian chef, Chef Dammy was welcomed as a hero by her fans, friends, and classmates after her recent attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking session. Damilola Adeparusi, also known as Chef Dammy, gained fame when it was reported that she had cooked for approximately 120 hours.
However, she did not officially register her attempt with Guinness World Records (GWR), so the record was not recognized. Undeterred, Chef Dammy has announced her plans to strive for a cooking marathon lasting 150 hours. This determination comes in the wake of Hilda Baci being recognized by GWR as the new record holder for the longest cooking session. Baci cooked for approximately 93 hours and 11 minutes. In a recent interview, Chef Dammy admitted that her previous 120-hour cook-a-thon was not officially registered with GWR.
