Nigeria’s female rap act Eva Alordiah is set to drop her debut album “1960” on September 13, 2016.
In a letter to her fans, Eva writes:
“Dear Fans, I am delighted to be giving you this album myself, against all odds. I appreciate that you have held on this long, still hoping, supporting, sending your love. Thank you for your patience all this time. It is with great pleasure that I present to you my debut album “1960”.

This gift bag includes a free copy of her book “11” , a conference where she would host fans to preview tracks to each track on the album exclusively on September 10, 2016 in Lagos, as well as a handwritten note just to say thanks to her true fans.
Eva was initially supposed to have dropped this debut album in January 2015 but instead went on to release a mixtape titled “Because You been waiting” back in March 2016 to occupy her fans. She had been earlier released two official singles ‘Lights out’ and ‘War Coming’ in 2013 and 2014 respectively to promote the album.
On her Instagram page, she thanks fans, industry colleagues that worked with her on the project, the media, family and every other entity that have contributed in getting the project out eventually.
