A video of Davido‘s recent meeting with a fan whom he refused to shake, has again generated conversations among admirers. On December 13th, 2023, the OBO Crooner arrived in Asaba, Delta State for his Timeless event, which was a complete sellout. A viral web video showed Davido arriving at the city’s airport, and descending from his private jet alongside his 30BG team. The singer was greeted warmly at the airport by a nightlife promoter, celebrity bestie, and Cubana Chiefpriest, and they exchanged hearty handshakes and pleasantries.

Fans who stumbled upon the clip on social media staunchly defended the singer’s actions towards the fan.
