A video has emerged showing the heart-wrenching moments of a father’s pursuing National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operatives after his two-year-old son, Ivan Onose Omhonrina, was allegedly shot dead by a stray bullet. The incident occurred during a raid conducted by the NDLEA at a suspected drug joint in Okpanam.
