Toolz is a Nigerian award winning On-Air personality, talk show host and presenter. Born Tolulope Oniru- Demuren to the famous Oniru Royal Family, she had her primary education at Talbot House Preparatory School in , UK.

She returned back to Nigeria where she had her secondary education before relocating to study at City of Westiminister College. She kicked off her broadcasting career within the British Entertainment Industry; working with renowned media companies like MTV Networks Europe and Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group.
Toolz desire for new challenges had her considering a move to Lagos in mid-2008 she eventually took the plunge in 2009 and auditioned to be a radio presenter at the Beat 99.9FM. She began hosting her own radio show in April 2009 and her blend of natural humour, love of most things showbiz, passion for music and strong African entertainment knowledge makes her show one of the most sought after by listeners and celebrities alike.
She worked with MTV Europe and Walt Disney Pictures in the UK. Currently, she hosts her own radio show ‘The Midday Show with Toolz’ (weekdays) on one of Nigeria’s top urban radio stations-The Beat 99.9FM.The Vivacious Media personality also played host to the first season of Ndani TV’s ‘The Juice’ which aired on Africa Magic Entertainment in 2012.
In 2012, she approached the organizers of Nigeria’s biggest music awards ceremony. The Headies; formally known as the Hip Hop World Award) and successfully introduced a new category called the ‘Rookie Of The Year’ which gives recognition to talented upcoming Nigerian musicians.
In 2013, Toolz hosted the first ever GLO X Factor West Africa, she was also a judge for the MTV Base VJ Search in 2013. In 2014 Toolz co-hosted 10 episodes of Ebony Life’s TV ‘The Spot’. She was listed as Ynaija’s Top 10 most powerful person on media list 2014. That same year, she started a weekly feature- Afrobeats News on Capital Xtra one of the biggest urban music radio stations in the UK.
Toolz has over the years graced cover of various magazines including Allure Style, TW, This Day Style, MyStreetz Magazine, Complete fashion. She is an official ambassador for the ONE campaign and has had the privilege of interviewing A list international acts and personalities such as Wale, Keri Hilson, Olamide, WizKid, Don Jazzy, Dbanj, Jidena, Akon, Asa, Emir of kano and former CBN chairman; Alh. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to name a few.
