Following these steps within a 15-minute window after sending a message on WhatsApp will allow you to edit it: 1. Open the appropriate WhatsApp chat.
2. Select the message you want to edit by long-pressing on it.
3. From the menu that pops up in the top-right corner, choose “Edit”. The word “edited” will appear next to the message’s header as a reminder.
Receivers of the altered messages will be advised of the adjustment without having access to the complete edit history, which is significant. This function is now being rolled out to users, according to a statement from Meta, and it is anticipated that everyone will have access to it in the upcoming weeks.
