The Police Operatives in Lagos State have arrested Nollywood actress Yetunde Akilapa for breaking into a house to steal. According to the report, the actress, Yetunde is known for being a notorious thief who breaks into people’s houses and stores to steal their valuables. The victim took to her Twitter page to lament how she entered her house and found the actress inside the house. According to the victim, the actress had already packed her wigs and all her gold jewelry and was about check the other bags to steal other valuables when she and her neighbour bumped into her. She mentioned that she was offloaded and also discovered that she had countless house keys in her possession. “That was how i entered my house today o and I found a woman inside my house. She had packed my wigs and all my gold, was about to start checking my bags when I entered. Biggie punishes Yemi and Nelisa for breaking house rules

Nelisa and Yemi, two housemates on the Big Brother Titans reality show, were penalized by Biggie for violating house rules.

The duo was named the “Tail of the House” for the week; a title recently introduced as one of the many twists and additions to the BBTitans edition. Yemi and Nelisa were required to wear tails and use a whiteboard to communicate, but they both failed to comply with the rules.

As a result, they were both punished by Biggie and were required to paint their canvases using only earbuds and must adhere to all painting rules to avoid further punishment.

Mendy undergoes surgery after breaking finger

Chelsea has been dealt another injury blow after goalkeeper Edouard Mendy broke his finger in training.

The club made the announcement on Twitter, adding that the Senegalese goalkeeper has already undergone an operation on the fractured finger.
This is coming after the club lost Christian Pulisic, Reece James, and Raheem Sterling to injuries.

The statement read;
“Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has undergone an operation on a fractured finger sustained in training this week. The 30-year-old will work closely with the club’s medical department during his rehabilitation phase.”

Mendy has only appeared in 11 matches for Chelsea this season and has kept one clean sheet. He also started in just two Premier League matches out of the club’s last 11 outings, with Kepa Arrizabalaga being coach Graham Potter’s first-choice goalkeeper.

Usain Bolt congratulates Amusan for breaking world record

The world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt has congratulated Tobi Amusan, who became the first Nigerian athlete to win a World Athletics Championship gold.
Tobi had stormed to victory in the women’s 100m hurdles in Oregon on Sunday.

Quoting a tweet confirming Tobi’s win at the semis by the World Athletics official page, Bolt lauded the champion on his Twitter.
He tweeted with emoticons of the Nigerian flag and applauses saying: “Congrats.”
After Tobi’s performance in the finals, the Jamaican athlete also wrote, “Superb #Tobi.”

Tobi Amusan, who also eulogized herself while speaking about her victory in the competition said: “The goal was to come out and to win this gold.
“I believe in my abilities, but I was not expecting a world record at these championships. You know, the goal is always just to execute well and get the win. So the world record is a bonus.”
