The photo went viral as a lot of blogs grided the original photo (Cardi B) and the recreated version (Chichi). The photo went viral and caught the attention of the American rapper, Cardi B. In the late hours of yesterday, Cardi B took to her Twitter page to retweet the photo of Chichi with a love emoji. In reaction, Chichi retweeted Cardi B’s post and captioned it, “Special recognition from the queen herself @iamcardib. Thank you so much My Queen. I love you my queen @iamcardib.”

Social media users have gone haywire after American rapper Cardi B reshared Chichi’s birthday photo where she recreated one of her looks.

Chichi has been trending on social media after she clashed with reality star Allysyn over her age. Chichi disclosed on her page that she couldn’t wait to turn 23 but Allysyn floored her tweet. Following the clash about her age, some Facebook diggers dug up old photos of Chichi dating as far back as 2013 with a man and a child. Many alleged that the man and the child were Chichi’s husband and child. However, in the midst of the bad energy around Chichi, it seems there’s a piece of good news coming through for the reality star as an American rapper, Cardi B has reshared Chichi’s birthday photo where she recreated one of her looks. @Nonye wrote : I tell una say the moment u start hating person wey no do u anything, u just open doors of victory and success for that person. 🔥❤️❤️❤️ @Awalyzrosie also commented: People are busy wondering when she was born, baby girl is busy cashing out. Chichi sprung a controversy on the internet after she announced her new age as 23 in a Tweet prior to her birthday. Her revelation did not sit right with a number of trolls, who went in search of her throwback photos. Reacting to the ongoing brouhaha, Cyph took to Twitter and wrote: I don laugh sote I dey cry for this app. Make person enjoy birthday in peace an. haba *laughing emoji* He, however, tendered an apology for making such an “insensitive statement” about Chichi earlier. Cyyph Tweeted: “I apologize if I sounded insensitive… it’s being deleted.. Guess the tone of voice wasn’t right… But i still stand by my word!!
