Famous singers, Falz and Vector releases a new song titled “Mr. Yakubu” in which they ridiculed Mahmood Yakubu, the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The lyrics of the song suggest that the INEC chairman engaged in fraudulent activities during the recently concluded general election. Falz alongside Vector also included some of the excuses given by INEC for the delay in uploading the presidential results on its portal on February 25. The music video also portrays some irregularities committed by security operatives during the election, as well as the shooting of youths during the #EndSARS protest in 2020.

According to a Twitter user identified as Cheif Ikukuoma, most of the results announced by INEC cannot be found on their portals. A lot of people have come out to trash most of the provisional results announced by INEC which most favoured the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Tinubu. The man shared the video and captioned it, “Some Nigerians are still dragging INEC after they realized that some results announced in favour of Bola Tinubu are yet to be uploaded on the portal.” Inec announced Ekiti result but result is not loaded yet in the server 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
