It was earlier speculated by THENET that D’banj’s name appeared on the Kanye West-owned label’s new roster following the new addition of Tyga and Desiigner, but all doubts have been laid to rest.

This is the first time the label has publicly made the move to clear the air on its currently active members in a long time.
D’banj’s time with the label was shrouded in controversy, as the singer fell out with long-time partner, Don Jazzy shortly after signing the deal in 2011. He also did not release any music of his under the label.
