Beleaguered musician, Portable has released a new track, ‘Federal Government Liability’, in which he sings about his time in detention.
The singer, who is always finding himself in a fix, had been entrapped by the law after he resisted arrest. He was, three days later, arrested, detained, arraigned and after trials, granted bail. Portable, in his latest song, sang about how he had been made to spend days in cell and how his grace had prevailed. A part of the lyrics read: “I am a child of Grace. Latest glory. From star to the eagle, come and see grace wey no dey disgrace. They carried me to prison but I didn’t collect their cloth. They did not sew cloth for me. Leave me alone. I am not a prisoner.” Watch the video below:
