The immediate-past governor of Ebonyi, Dave Umahi has said that President Bola Tinubu will not abandon him and the former governor of Kaduna, Nasir El-Rufai in his government. Expressing confidence in Tinubu, Umahi stressed that due to his loyalty, El-Rufai will play a major role in Tinubu’s government despite his recent anti-Christian comments. Dave Umahi, former governor of Ebonyi state The Senator-elect stressed that the president will not distance himself from people who worked for his victory during the election, including himself. “So be assured that Mr President is not going to leave out people like El-Rufai and the rest of us who worked very hard for him. “You can see his track records. He doesn’t betray anybody. So be very much assured that my good friend El-Rufai is going to play a major role. “I’m not speaking for Mr President, but I’m speaking bearing in mind the character of him I know too well,” he spoke with Arise Television in Abuja.
“Abandon politicians; focus on your life” — Deji Adeyanju to youths
Popular activist, Deji Adeyanju advises Nigerian youths to focus on their lives and drop issues concerning the 2023 presidential election and politicians.
This comes amidst allegations that the just concluded presidential election was rigged by the party of the president-elect, Bola Tinubu. In a post via Instagram, Deji Adeyanju urged the youths to move on from the politics saga and focus on building themselves before the year runs out. “It’s time to abandon politicians and face your life. Time dey go ooo, if not they will waste your whole 2023 doing rubbish. We are now in March. No talk say I no tell you ooo. So that by December when you see people chilling, you won’t be doing motivational quotes,” he wrote.

Popular comedian, Otaghware Otas Onodjayeke, professionally known as I Go Save has publicly dared the music producer cum blogger, Ubi Franklin following a recent statement he made.
Amid brouhaha that trailed the slapping of Chris Rock by Will Smith after the former made a bad joke about the latter’s wife, Ubi Franklin took to social media to issue a warning to Bovi for talking about his kids on live TV 2 years ago.
Ubi who fumed over this stated that if such a thing repeat itself, the person involved will contend seriously with him.
Reacting, I Go Save rebuked Ubi Franklin over such a statement and affirmed that a lot of Nigerian celebrities are trying to use the opportunity to trend so as to bag endorsement deals.
I Go Save added that if a man impregnates a lady, abandons her and refuse to offer child support, he would definitely be used to crack jokes on stage.
