Former Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o, who currently serves as the president of the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot) has been accused of match-fixing in relation to second division club Victoria United. Camfoot reported that Eto’o has been accused of promising to secure Victoria United’s promotion by orchestrating the manipulation of matches. Consequently, Victoria United obtained promotion to a higher division, with the federation later ruling that the runner-up of the previous season, Stade de Bertoua, was deemed ineligible.

He was heard promising to assist the team’s promotion by influencing the actions of referees, this has raised questions regarding the integrity of the promotion process. The former Barcelona star was heard saying; “There are things we can do, but you have to be very discreet brother. I’m out of the country. I haven’t even had time to go home and work with the president because I can’t call the refs directly and tell them to be careful. “Nothing will happen” — Security man accused of molesting 4-yr-old in Lekki school brags

A security man at the Greater Scholar International School in the Lekki area of Lagos State is accused of molesting a 4-year-old and bragging about going scot-free. A Twitter user identified as @TheVawulence took to the platform to call out the Greater Scholar International School for their negligence and attempt to sweep the issue under the carpet.

The school was further accused of harassing the victim’s parents with thugs amidst the heat of the accusations. One of the teachers of the school is also reported to be an accomplice for flogging the child and threatening her not to speak up when she reported. The accuser pleads for justice via the social media platform while stating that the police haven’t been of help on the case involving the sexual abuse of a minor.
