According to the breakdown, Yaya Abba proposed allocating N200,000 for the payment of dowry commonly known as the bride price.

In his Twitter post, Yaya Abba expressed his belief that this budget of N1.4 million is sufficient for an average Nigerian wedding unless the intention is to show off. According to the narration of the party planner, the event was going smoothly until the bride’s family noticed missing items from the bride’s list.
Maggi and some crates of malts were stated on the list but the groom failed to provide them, hence, the termination of the party.
