A man has shared his grievances against his UK based friend who contributed only 3 thousand Naira for their colleague’s wedding ceremony. He shared his thoughts on the matter on his Twitter account, @Fattsoul, where he chastised the UK man for sending the money in the first place. When confronted, the UK based friend claimed it was the spirit and intentions behind the amount that mattered the most. In his words; “Contributions are on going for an ex-colleague’s wedding, somebody in the UK sent N3,000.00 Three Thousand Naira! The WhatsApp group Admin had to ask if it was a mistake. The guy replied with, ” IT IS THE SPIRIT THAT MATTERS”. It took a lot of restraint not to cuss out the guy” See post below
