Popular Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji has reportedly been hospitalized in the United States over mental issues.

This was disclosed by the controversial IG blogger, Gistlovers who affirmed that the actress’s incessant use of hard drugs brought about this mental ailment.
It was also revealed that this is the reason for the deletion of all posts on her Instagram page; an act that was preceded by unfollowing everyone on the app. Her aide has been trying by every means possible to keep the news out of the public.
The post reads:
“Hello tueh tueh, please pray for Actress @genevievennaji as this is a trying time for her .
According to information reaching Vawulence headquarters, the actress is currently down with ment issue and currently taking treatment in Houston Texas, Genevieve has been admitted for psychosis in a hospital in Texas(Name withheld) she went Loco some months ago. they are hiding the info like say tomorrow no dey and we can’t help but tell her fans so they can put her in their prayers, fans has been questioning her weird attitude of recent on ig and the fans has been clueless, some are even dragging her that she is proud, why can she unfollow everyone, bla bla bla, the truth is they had to take her phone from her and archive all her post,Can you remember when she was posting plenty random weird stuffs? Then she tattooed a cross on her wrist with a blade, was so terrible that they had to keep an eye on her, she was admitted sometimes this year and we hope she recovers fast, her media aid are really working overtime to keep the story out of the public but I feel they should let the world know so they can’t put Her in their prayers and not drag her unnecessarily,they can come out to debunk it ooo, but it is what it is, they know the truth, sometimes I feel fame demands too much from these celebrities, because what🤦♀️🤦♀️ she fine, get charisma, has one of the best brand for Nollywood, why drug again ??? Why? “Because a celebrity has a huge following doesn’t make them an authority on issues” – Daddy Freeze tackles Genevieve Nnaji over comment on mental health
Popular TV personality, Daddy freeze has come out to refute Genevieve’s recent comment on mental health.
The veteran Nollywood actress, had claimed that mental health issues are more spiritual than it is actually physical and has implied that one could be free of it by rededicating ones life in serving God.
Disagreeing with this, Daddy Freeze gave his own opinion on the issue. He stated that saying mental health issue is spiritual only drives people to going to churches to get treatment for their malady rather than hospitals.
According to him, God has already solves humans’ mental health issues by providing hospitals.
He wrote:
“I humbly disagree and here are my reasons.

After studying psychiatry and spirituality for decades you make this deduction? I say this all the time, because a celebrity has a huge following doesn’t necessarily make them an authority on issues. If she said it was both spiritual and physical I’d agree that that’s her opinion.

However, to categorically state that it’s more spiritual than physical is the reason why churches are filled with pastors trying to cure madness with speaking in tongues, olive oil and prayers, instead of sending people for proper psychiatric evaluation and treatment.

God has already sorted out our mental health issues, that’s why we have hospitals!
